In most of the United States, we drive everywhere we go and will circle the parking lot to wait on a closer parking space so that we do not have to walk. We use remote controls whenever possible. We do not want to move. All these situations and habits are not supportive of our aliveness, health, and quality of life. And, for the most part, many of us know it.
