Recommended Action Steps
Be Creative
Recommended Action Steps...Most of us give away our personal power in today's society. We rely on experts to tell us how to do most things. These experts teach our children, provide our mental, spiritual an emotional guidance, dominate our decisions about health care. We are out of tune with nature and with ourselves. My Ideas for reclaiming our personal power are now these: #1 Pay Close Attention to Guidance. That still, small voice inside will lovingly care for you. #2 Stretch -Your Body, Your Mind...Remember and Grow Your Soul #3 Eat Well #4 Breath Deeply and Lightly (with ease from your belly) #5 Exercise regularly #6 Take Things Lightly #7 Remember Who You Are - A Child of God. Remember to Praise, Pray and Worship your Maker

Take Action
Do What You Love
Being creative is a fundamental part of living fully. I recommend that you do things you love even if you do not think you are 'good' at them. For example, I love the following: I connect with nature, especially with the mountains. Hiking, a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway and strolls on the beach are good stuff for me. I love to cook for others. I enjoy having guests in my home. I love toning in the shower. I sing in the shower. I feel clean inside afterward. I love my physical activity... it helps me be in my body. I love the chance to work with others on their well-being and betterment. I love painting - I have managed to even sell a few paintings. I love gardening - designing and working with the earth.
Give Forward
I believe that we are all one family. Each person I help then helps others. When we give of our best self we are full-filled.
ChildKind
is a great service organization that serves Georgia's medically fragile children. Many are Fostered children. In many cases the families of origin were unable to deal with the amount of attention and medical care these children need. ChildkKind offers them help on many levels. It is my favorite charity.
